Question 1

What is CoachedBy?

Accepted Answer

CoachedBy is a platform of AI coaching chatbots, each trained on a real coach's methodology. Instead of generic AI advice, you get personalized training plans and guidance based on proven coaching philosophies — from zone-based periodization to nutrition strategies.

Question 2

How is CoachedBy different from ChatGPT for training plans?

Accepted Answer

ChatGPT gives generic advice from internet data. CoachedBy chatbots are trained on specific coaches' methodologies — their zone systems, periodization approaches, workout libraries, and years of coaching experience. You're getting a real coach's brain, not a generic model.

Question 3

Does CoachedBy sync with Garmin and intervals.icu?

Accepted Answer

Yes. CoachedBy connects to Garmin, intervals.icu, Zwift and ROUVY — your rides and wellness data flow in automatically. Training plans sync to your intervals.icu calendar, ready to follow on your bike computer. No manual entry needed.

Question 4

Can any coach join the platform?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Coaches go through a conversational onboarding process where an AI interviews them topic by topic — zones, session types, periodization, nutrition, and more. Their methodology is captured and structured into an AI coach that athletes can subscribe to.

Question 5

How much does it cost?

Accepted Answer

CoachedBy will offer affordable subscriptions — a fraction of traditional 1-on-1 coaching. Each coach sets their own price. Join the waitlist to get early access and launch pricing.
